Founded and led a student-run nonprofit dedicated to supporting marginalized and orphaned children through creative programs, field trips, and mentorship. Established long-term partnerships with organizations such as Hyundai Motor Studio to sponsor recurring educational field trips and factory tours. Collaborated with Sangmyung University and the Seoul Art Center Doam to organize monthly basketball sessions and cultural outings, building self-esteem and supporting meaningful connection with the local community. Secured ongoing donations from Haitai and Bread & Co. to provide snacks for the children. Expanded the organization internationally by launching a U.S.-based branch in Washington, D.C.
